    11.2.10.10 has been released for 9 series . Check it out if you have one.
    There is a difference on high priority issues and low priority. This would be a low priority.

    It would not require a hotfix or change of plans regarding planned updates. It would come in the next one according to the schedule.

    Thanks for prompt reply, I was not aware of this issue is lasting since October noticed first time today.
    Anyway, uninstalling update for Digital Wellbeing and Google Play Service didn't work for me. If there is another fix let me know else will wait for Google x OnePlus fix/update.

    What is the version of Play Services on your device?
    Check via settings>apps and notifications>see all apps>three dots on top right>show system>search for Google Play Services and press on it>advanced>scroll down to the bottom and there you should see it
    Also I'm sure you restarted your device after uninstalling updates?

    Yes, I have restarted the device twice.
    Here is the version of Google Play Service 21.42.18 (150400-410302452).

    That's the newer version. You haven't uninstalled updates.
    The version should be Version 21.26.21 (150400-387928701)
    I checked with both.
