Tokolozi , Nov 27, 2020 : Click on app info and then try to clear it's cache (and maybe data as well). See if that resolves it.

dashxdot , via OnePlus 6T , Nov 28, 2020 : Settings> Navigate to all apps> OnePlus membership> three dots on the top right corner> Uninstall updates. Also, clear the cache and all the data of it.
