yes exactly...I also have the same issue.
I reset my phone for this purpose but still no use. kindly fix this bug. This is the screenshot of my phone after I reset everything (except photos and audio files) i.e. all apps have been erased but still it's showing such a huge occupancy.
    Thanks

go to internal storage. Find Oem_Log . delete all the data over there. it might help.

also facing same issue.. there are hardly any apps on my device... but the memory is full.. and entire memory is used up by apps.. how is this possible? I'm not able to take any pictures after this... I don't know if this issue is related to the latest update or not... but this is seriously very frustrating..[e]1f621[/e]

go and clean your data, specially WhatsApp data from file manager.
and, you can delete the database also. it consists of many GB data.

    1. Dial *#800# on the phone application. It will pop up the log_testr
    2. Tap on "oneplus logkit" and then tap on “Delete history log” and then “ok”

Hope this helps. Let me know if you are still facing any issue!

so... I played around a little.. and got to know.. that one of the apps that I was using... was a problem... as soon as I removed it.. I have like.. 50% storage. the app is called "parallel space*. it showed that it was taking up only 48Mb.. but it was actually taking up around 25GB.. unexpected though.. but I'm at peace now.

Hi all, I have a year old One plus 3 and I too am facing the above issue of memory full usage. I deleted all Whatsapp hidden data, deleted the history logs from log_test and also deleted the OEM logs. Still my phone is reporting 86% full. Any other suggestions???
@pankhuri21 : Could you tell which app was causing the issue?
    Thanks in advance!

You could easily use a File Browser app (I believe one is pre-installed) and you can go through each folder and see the sizes of files, instead of asking us what to randomly delete.

Go through your own files and see what left-behind data all those apps left after you deleted them. Check all the thumbnails from photos and videos you deleted. Check all those crappy apps you deleted that download ad-ware files. Check everything, don't use the built-in Storage setting, actually use a File Browser instead.

    In file manager, goto Android/data/com.oneplus.gallery/files/recyclebin

delete all the files from that folder. Even if we delete everything from gallery, its recyclebin file is still stored there. Those unwanted files takes up so much space. So deleting the files from there will clear the spaces. Hope this will fix your issue! [e]1f60a[/e]

I was using "parallel space".. and in the application settings, it didn't show that it was using that amount of space, but as soon as I uninstalled it... I actually got to know that how much space was it using..
