No ram is system crash. And so it starts again.
Try the Ignore option or button on his profile
There's no option I see
Just ignore them.
Try to figure out your issue on your own until you are able to contact OnePlus for help.
Go straight to support so your issue is logged. Don't forget you have 7-14 days to return it, so don't waste time here.
Once you have logged your issue come back and get spammed some more.
i should wait a day android needs time to set up and you have time to return it if necessary but let your phone connected to the internet for 12 hours then restart it and watch if it still uses this amount of ram and also watch if it heats up if it doesnt their isnt a problem and if their is a real problem you will see a lot of posts very soon on the community
See this is the kind of reply I wait for... Thank you sir
If you want, but have you seen such an issue before?
I certainly would load anything to personal whilst waiting, Huawei might have spyware on the device.
Seriously it's most likely OP's latest speed hack gone wrong.
If you bothered to read their reply, their friend is also having an issue.
They also haven't said anything bad either.
Either be helpful or go away.
Maybe it takes a day or two to settle down...
It might actually be Tencent and OnePlus reporting back to China government.
Let them lol. I don't have anything bad to hide
Guys, please, stay on topic and keep a respectful behaviour.
It might be a bug. I think One plus might bring a software update to fix this. And can't wait to get this phone my self
On our T-Mobile OnePlus 7 Pro demo device on a fresh setup out of the box, there was 4.8GB out of 8GB of RAM in use too.
So ya it's day 2 and I recieved an update this morning... The ram usage went down till 3.6 and then again its shooting up.. What's happening?
Dude what happened? I got the phone and it's the same thing with me
Please tell me this is normal or Atleast tell me a reason why it's normal... Or tell me something is wrong because I can't stop flipping it here! The memory usage always seems high and it's damn wierd because my one plus 3 never crossed 3.4gb
Believe me it touched 5.1gb and I have restarted the device and this is this result
