    Newer OnePlus devices are using Google Comms Suite, so they use Google Messages and Google Dialer instead. As such, you are not able to install the apps that were meant to be used with older models.

    What about the OS version of yours?
    Do update to the latest available one and also in OS11 they have given the google dialer and message app!
    For stock version you need to download the apk available in the internet!
