You can't leave it as recovery.img you need to write what the file is actually called. Normally it's called twrp-2.8.6.0-bacon.img or something..

turn it off and back on with power + volume down
wipe > advanced wipe > select everything except for internal storage and usb otg > main menu > install > select oxygenos_flashable zip and flash it > reboot
What are you trying to flash? Send a link
you can restore it but you also have to flash the 44S modem again. yes you'll get OTA to cm12s
What is the problem? 54.92 is exactly what you're supposed to have
is the recovery file actually named recovery.img? lol

You cannot copy the files while your phone is locked! Unlock and try!

OxygenOS has updated the fastboot. It is different from the one that was part of CyanogenMod.

I was trying to flash OxygenOS but I made a simple mistake of not realizing that the .zip was in a .zip folder hahaha! it should be all good now, I will come back if that doesn't fix the issue. thank you though :)

don't know if this came up before, but right now i am a bit too pissed (mostly at myself not being able to solve this) to read all the posts. I flashed oxygen os and everything went smooth, phone was unlocked before and twrp installed, so it was actually just a matter of seconds. First time everything was fine, but i misclicked in titanium and restored system setting from cm11, which caused android.phone.apk to crash every 1 sec. Then I wiped everything, but my internal storage and reinstalled just to be sure and now i can't access my internal storage... some way to fix this would be nice

Edit: I can access all the files through twrp, but neither can i copy stuff from my pc onto it nor is there a way through the phones file manager
