    Just a quick question, I'm using MetroPCS;

    1. How do I know if im actually receiving 4GLTE, im using the APN settings that are being provided on the device ?

    2. Does the device show an "LTE" icon next to the 4G ? Or does it work on 4GLTE but never displays it ?

    3. Are there any settings i should change to maximize speed ? Sometimes i get "H+" ??

    Any connectivity advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thank you fellow OnePlusOne members.

    If you haven't gotten the newest update (30o), then the phone will show 4G, but it is in reality LTE. With the new update, it shows LTE. The best way to know for sure is to do a speed test.

    It's slowly rolling out now. Most everyone should have it by the end of the week. You can see what version you have by going to Settings-->About Phone. Scroll down to Cyanogenmod version. The best version is 11.0-XNPH30o.

    No disadvantages that I've seen. That's how I got the update. I'm too impatient to wait.

    Working great so far. Funny thing is, I still got the OTA just a little while ago. From what I can gather, the update I sideloaded didn't have the updated Google apps. I'm guessing that's why I still got the OTA. I went ahead and installed it, haven't seen any differences except a lot of apps decided to update immediately afterward. Otherwise, it's running great!

    Perfect! Now let me ask you a question, what APN settings are you using ? Because i tried the Tmobile and MCS ones, for some reason, when i select Metro PCS LTE everything work EXCEPT it places a Content Filtering/Blocking on certain websites, i think its pulling something from Tmobile ???? I went to watch some porn, and i got that when i switched it to Tmobile it works without content filtering but its a little slow to send mms and a little slow overall internet speed/ sms/ mms. any help ?

    I know we are all adults here but did you really had to tell us you are watching porn... I mean, come on. Anyways, even on MetroPCS you should be seeing LTE. This is what I got when I unlocked my Nexus 4 which doesn't have LTE automatically as a feature but can be enabled once I unlocked the phone. What I got is LTE and it says it on the upper right hand of the phone. H+ is tmobiles old 4G ban which is not as fast, I've done speed comparison when I enable and disable LTE and it's twice as slow as LTE. These are the settings for my nexus 4 which should apply to the OPO:
    Preferred network type: LTE
    Access point Names:
