Sharing USB debugging log file for more reference as issue still is unresolved.

@OnePlus Request to resolve it asap or no use of me having this brick for long now.

Shame on you OnePlus Developers! I paid you Thousands of dollars for my phone and you should be ashamed to provide these useless "updates" as you call them. I am super frustrated, not able to register my phone with Microsoft Intune for Work emails - and this has been reported by several several users in several threads. Are you going to do something about it?

It seems I become one step closer to understand what's wrong. So what I do step by step:

    1) Have OP 9 PRO. Install OOS 12 and wipe device. After that install intune corporate portal and this make my device incompatible (last check 01.01.0001 as many errors above). Okay...
    2) downgrade to OOS 11 North America and install intune corporate portal. All was working (Gmail with exchange, VPN profile, Teams ...) like it should be.
    3) update to OOS 12 without wipe data and found new error. Teams is working, Intune says my divice is compatible. BUT Gmail and VPN doesn't work! WHY? Apps showing error "the security certificate cannot be installed by secondary users". (It seems like for MS Teams it's not needed).
Found this in "known issues" for itune: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com...ates-after-updating-samsung-work/ba-p/3039834
They recommend to remove work profile and create it again (see point 1 to understand what's happened).

So... My conclusion: On Android 12 work apps can't get access to installed sertificates for work profile (maybe in Knox by Samsung they're managements something else). After reinstalling work profile (read deleting all certificates and getting them again) Intune can't install them due to restrictions in android 12 (or maybe there is no permission in Intune...) that make the device not confirmed.

Hope this help in understanding and solving this problem for developers.

Did you forward/report this to OnePlus support? They probably need help assuming they are working on the issue.

Please report the issue using the links provided. The more people who reports.. the more likely OnePlus will respond and fix...hopefully.

It's so sad that OnePlus doesn't comment on any of these threads! It's very inconvenient for me not to have a working work-profile. I'm gonna have to change to a different phone soon, if this isn't fixed.

I don't expect a company to respond in user forums but OnePlus should reply to bugs reported at least acknowledging the issue but they haven't even done that. One more day of frustration and me deciding to look at other brands (after having jumped to this brand from another).

please refer the Google Enterprise Solution directory for Android Enterprise supported devices.

    What action required :

We can ask the user to downgrade the OS version to 11

Also we can suggest the users to enrol with compatible devices.

I confirm, I updated this morning to C.46, I still have the issue. (LE2111_11_C.46)
OP and Microsoft aren't doing anything... they will loose all the professional users

So has either Microsoft, Google or Oneplus provided an actual answer as to what the problem is with the enrollment process for BYOD Android? This really frustrating but I have to have mobile access to my company's resources even if it means I get a different phone.
