Minor Google Photos Issue

I usually keep my phone on Vivid display but have switched to Natural due to a slightly jarring issue with Google Photos.

I use Google Photos as my primary gallery. I don't know if this happens to the OnePlus Gallery but basically when looking at a photo in Google Photos it will switch the display calibration to Natural regardless of mode you're using.

That switch happens shortly after viewing the photo, so it feels janky. Looking at a vivid photo then suddenly it goes natural.

The only way I could solve this was to set the overall image to natural. Is there a fix for this at all?

Same exact thing with me. I'm about to return my OnePlus 7 Pro because of it. Coming from a Pixel 3 xl this is a totally unacceptable issue for me unfortunately -=\

Same issue here, not that "minor" if you ask me as viewing images looks really janky.
