Not necessarily the best thing - some people have to use stock, non-rooted roms for encrypted work mail and some software doesn't work if your bootloader is unlocked.

Also, lineage is only one of the many custom roms available for the OPO - some have more features, are more stable and support theming.

You're entitled to your opinion but if you're going to share it, at least give your reasons ;)

I don't have an OPO but if I did, I'd probably use Tesla N like I did on the OP2.

OK cool I'm gonna search review of the Tesla N. Hope it's almost bug free. The Lineage got to many bugs from what I read on the forum :(

@Spannaa I heard that official CM 14.1 was also launched in Dec 2016 before shutting down CyanogenOS. Is it true ?
If yes then can you provide me the latest CM 14.1

I don't know if it's true or not but, even if it was, I wouldn't post it here - this thread is just for official Cyanogen roms.

You should flash that version via TWRP.
Or if you want a clean install then just download fastboot ROM of that version and flash that via fastboot after cleaning the internal storage of system.

The only 100% safe way to return to 44S is to backup your internal storage, use contents of the fastboot zip to downgrade and then restore your personal data.
