^^ Thanks, yeah I'm using UniversalFlasher tool zip(which is also based from VRTheme). Will post the mod in new thread if I managed to do it successfully.

Will flashing one of the sgined flashable zips or unnoffical rooted zips will it wipe my phone? Will cyanogen recovery flash them? Also do I do the radio files after the rom or before?

Neither will wipe the data on your phone as they don't touch the data partition.

I always use TWRP recovery but the official signed flashable zips may be flashable in stock recovery.

The signed flashable zips include the radio so, if you want to use a different one, flash it afterwards.

Can someone help me to update my oneplusone?

Currently my phone is running under cm version 11.0-XNPH22R.

    I tried two things:

    1) I have copied the file "cm-11.0-XNPH25R-bacon-signed-fastboot.zip" to my phone, booted in recovery and tried to apply this update, but that didn't work.

    2) My phone told me there was a system update(XNPH25R) ready, i tried the system update but that also didn't work.

    Can somebody help me?

I went to that page, but what does this mean:
"if you don't have adb/fastboot in your Path, extract the image into your adb/fastboot folder"?
Should i just create this path and extract "cm-11.0-XNPH44S-bacon-signed-fastboot_64GB" to there?

The default folder for adb & fastboot is C:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools

Either append the path to this folder to your PATH system environment variable and run fastboot from anywhere OR extract the zip to this folder and run fastboot from there.

I need to update my phone as well as I am running 33R. How would I use a OTA incremental update zip to update my phone?

You could flash the OTA incremental update zips in sequence until you get to the build you want to be on, rebooting between each flash to make sure everything is OK.

    22R -> 25R then 25R -> 30O then 30O -> 33R etc.

Make sure you flash the correct zips though - look at the numbers/letters in the zip names.

If that's still too "developer" for you, you could try using Wug's Bacon Root Toolkit

    Thanks for the information.

I have tried the OTA incremental zip "cm-bacon-03d77315ea-to-d22b777afa-signed", just copied the zip-file to my phone and then tried to update via the reboot menu. That also didn' work.

Do you also have tips for a good driver for my OPO, I have tried the "Samsung_USB_Drivers_for_Mobile_Phones_1.5.9.0" but that didn't work.

    That's probably Samsung specific.

The 15 seconds ADB Installer v1.4.2 should include everything you need ;)
