Changed to Hexo theme, rebooted and installed the full ZIP in TWRP, cleared cache and Dalvik, installed SuperSU again, rebooted, waited a few minutes at the Cyanogen boot screen, put the phone aside while it updated apps, picked it up a few minutes later and set up Cortana. Things seem OK. Thanks again for the thread, Spannaa!

The full zip can be flashed via TWRP or stock recovery.

It's only the OTA that's stock only.

I have flashed with TWRP the latest version from the link above, and I don't see any trace of Cortana. My OPO is European if it makes a difference but I've been updating it with the files from this thread for quite a while. Any clue ?

I see your baseband version is different from mine:

It's possible that different regions have different baseband versions, but it seems more likely that it might not have been updated during the flash. Maybe you can check with other Euro OPO users who used stock recovery and/or a different version of TWRP.

Another update a few months ago had an issue with the baseband not being updated by TWRP v2.4.0.7. I had that problem and was told about the issue and to revert to TWRP v.2.4.6.0 (I used Flashify) and re-flash the full ZIP. The baseband was updated correctly after that and I am still using v2.4.6.0 because it seems to work well.

Hope this helps and good luck.

you have to use TWRP 2.8.6.0; above versions have a problem to flash baseband correctly

Yep, the links went live on Friday evening and I updated post #1 on Saturday morning ;)

It's useful to have the official links in the thread too (for the suspicious & paranoid users) though :D
