    Yes but you'll need to wipe data as well as system, cache & dalvik-cache.

    I've downloaded the full ROM for Oxygen OS 2.1 and I'm trying to get it on my phone through USB but it won't connect with my laptop saying 'Device isn't working well'. :( what to do?

    You installed the drivers correctly?
    Fastboot mode? Power + vol UP and then connect cable!

    ive flashed back to stock using TWRP but the option to use stock recovery isnt there so still have TWRP so unable to relock the bootlader, anyone know where i can get the stock recovery from

    Boot back into TWRP and either:

    Restore your latest nandroid backup
    Or
    Flash your copy of the full rom zip from internal storage.
