The OTA update that I got today fails to flash on my (Fully encrypted) phone as I do not have any unencrypted partitions for it to store the update file in. Manual update instructions mention that I should put it on the root of the SD-card, that's not going to work either, LOL.

Will try side-loading the Incremental ZIP some other time to see if that works.

    [edit]
Yep, sideloading worked perfectly fine :)

After incremental update failed. Phone automatically asked to download full 3.6.0 package and installed it.
After installation my Root access and TWRP gone. I tried flashing SU but didn't worked.
I forget what I did earlier to get things back. Can anyone tell me steps to get TWRP and SU without loosing data?
    Thanks.

There's a guide in post #1 of this thread on XDA that covers what you need to know and the TWRP & SuperSU to use are linked in post #1 of this thread.

@Spannaa Can i have acces to download the 3.6.0 zip? I get the following error:

    OnePlus2Oxygen_14_OTA_031_all_1706262034.zip
    access denied
looks like you don't have permission to access this folder. Make sure you are signed in to an account that has permission, or check with the developer to request access.

    Thanks.

Can I jump from 3.1.0 to 3.6.0 flashing the full signed zip? I'm rooted so I can't take the OTA. But dirty flashing it via TWRP should work right?

    You can try!

Nandroid and wipe caches first and then, if it doesn't work, wipe data and try again.

Well, yeah, I could always try.... What could possibly happen ;).
Do I need to consider upgrading TWRP first? I know that there are newer versions from what I got. Don't even remember the version number.

The version of TWRP you used to flash OOS 3.1.0 should be fine to flash 3.6.0 but there's no harm in upgrading to the latest version.
