I am having a problem with some apps that expect to put their data in a sub-directory on the 'SDcard' named Android. My OP5 has a file Android but not a folder. Apps therefore cannot create their own directory/folder under/below the Android folder.

The first screenshot is the 3T with the Android folder and the second is the 5 with no folder but just an empty file called Android.

Am I alone in having this problem?

That's pretty strange. Using the OP3T but since both run Oxygen it's comparable.
    I never had this problem.
Which apps are not working due to this?

I've only had problems so far with Podcast Addict, Aquamail (can't attach file to send) and Beyondpod. Pretty sure that there should be a directory named Android created by default rather than an empty file of the same name.

The problem apps work fine on the 3T that has the Android folder.

You probably have to wait for a future update or reset everything :/
