Domxxx3 , via OnePlus 8 Pro , Dec 26, 2020 : Hi guys, I'm having an issue with messages on my OnePlus 8 Pro. I can't send MMS to none Google Message user, when I try to send a video to an iPhone user it gives me an error message. I just switched to Android from being an iOS user and this is the only problem I'm having , my current provider is verizon. Thank you.
jayanyway , Dec 27, 2020 : I know a while back you had to make sure to turn off iMessage off your iPhone before making the switch or it keeps you locked into Apples messaging stuff. If you still have the iPhone, try turning it off.
jayanyway , Dec 27, 2020 : Also make sure Verizon has your new IMEI in their system and it doesn't show the iPhone is still in use.
DionoiD , via OnePlus 8T T-Mobile , Dec 28, 2020 : I had to roll back Carrier Services to a previous build and turn off Private DNS in Settings to fix them network switching and SMS/MMS issues I was having.
Tokolozi , Dec 28, 2020 : Mms usually has a data limit way lower than what is needed for a video, since you can send images and such, that's probably the problem here.
