    Nah man I didn't restore any back up. Installed everything fresh. I know the whole point of factory reset.

    Hmmm even factory reset didn't fix the problem? That sure sucks. You did the right thing by providing feedback, unfortunately you didn't get a response. It's odd that an app could have caused such a behavior. Curious, did you try to contact the MX developers?
    When you did the factory reset did you reinstall everything from the backup? If you did that may be why you're still seeing a problem. Also after a factory reset you should install your apps one at a time (I know, long process) to see if anything else may be causing the problem.

    Other than that the only thing that comes to mind is to downgrade to 9.x. Sorry.

    I installed every app fresh from play store. And it's not just an issue with MX, I came across alot of random apps with same issue. So I don't think there's any point in contacting MX devs. Cause it's definitely not their issue. Oh and one thing that I'd like to point out is the only 3rd party apps have this issue. And only in oxygen os.
    Cause I've tried it on other oems. Seems to be fine wirh them. This is clearly android 10 oxygen os issue.

    Hello... I was using PicsArt 15.1.6, in this version I restricted data after login, everything was going good then today I updated to 15.2.6, after this update I am unable to restrict data, background and WiFi is disabled but mobile data is in access and it sucks as you know.

    Why to disable data ?
    Lol it's my phone and I want it not to download unnecessary cache files that I really don't need.

    What if you can't disable an app accessing data ?
    It seems like my little brother is using my PC and I don't want him to use cuz I need privacy, bro it's matter of privacy that's why we chose OnePlus.


    So what you gonna do ?
    Now what we could do buddy, OnePlus was only hope for privacy in all android phones.

    You want any favor ?
    Yeah, please tell me is there any other brand, that gives a setting and that works ?

    That is down to the PicsArt app developer to allow you to restrict that data, they are supposed to include the option as per Google terms and conditions.

    Make a complaint to Google because it seems as if the PicsArt developer has either forgotten to enable the option or has deliberately done so.

    What about Google Play Music, same situation with this Music app that regularly check library updates and I want it to offline.

    The solution is to contact developers but can't we have a fully restrict an app for using mobile data... Good one you..

    Go into Play Music App info, click on 3 dot menu, uninstall updates. Then go back into App info and disable it. Its gonna be deprecated in a few months anyway,.

    Now you will be presented with a menu next time you select a song and request which default app you want to use.
