It may lead to termination of my employment as I'm having worst network connectivity. I trusted Oneplus device so much that I even changed Network Operator, still there is no use. It's only due to the device, OnePlus 7T Pro. Dropping off from client meetings/ while presentation in the middle. In one hour, losing the network at least 15 times. It's not operator fault, same SIM, same settings, absolutely working fine in other mobiles. Sometimes I get max data rate immediately followed by disconnection. Started regretting buying this mobile. I have seen many other customers having the same trouble, and I tried every solution provided over there.

    Please address my issue.

Have been having such issues since June and all that the service center guys can give in a solution is to change the motherboard of the device and nothing else.

Yeah, exactly. They quote 23k for the repair and probably if you're in warranty period you're saved else you're screwed.

True. It's not even one year and facing this issue. When we purchase a mobile for premium experience and use it with atmost care, it's so annoying to get these silly issues when mobiles those costs quarter of the price we paid here.

So true. My phone's 1.6 years old I don't have their extended warranty neither can I take one even if I wish to with their policies. All I can see in one dedicated showroom for 2 districts in my place with 5% sales and 95% service. They woo people with online offers and stuff and all I can see is worried people sitting at the service counter with token numbers upto 70/80 in a day with several issues.

Basically one plus has caught the attention with their entry model phones and other wearables and other side looting under service charges.

Exactly what I asked them, they were so reluctant to give an answer and neither did they seem sound with pulling logs debugging and stuff. Their primary fix was a software roll back and then they claimed some sort of a sub board change and after 30 days of observation they simply asked me to change the monther board.

Rolled back to stock thrice no luck. I'm finally planning to root the device since none of the fixes help nor does they let me buy a warranty rather than paying for the repair.
