Same issue in my 1+5. What Provider doch you have? I'm on Vodafone Germany. I've reportet this issue to 1+Hotline , the women said she would report this problem to ROM section.

Today the only solution for me is, every time to change to another Apn,... and back. Then it works again.

I've read you have to change in your Apn from IP4 to IP4/IP6 . For me it doesn't matter.

I'm having problems with my mobile connection too! I've been in contact with my service provider, but they insist all is fine and I should maybe get my 1+5 serviced. But my connection mainly goes on and off from 7pm till late night so I doubt it..

I'll try changing to ipv4/ipv6 to see if it'll make any difference.

Although I don't own the 5, my OPO has this issue but rarely. I try to switch to airplane mode, wait a few seconds then turn off airplane mode and see if it connects. If not, then a reboot/restart usually fixes the issue

No solution for me either from my carrier or OnePlus. Had to get my phone serviced, and so I'm without a smart phone for up to two weeks. Bought my op5 from live popup, so apparently I can't get oneplus' "super customer service" and have to do with subpar. Kind of wishing I bought a different phone.

    Which carrier do you use?
From your description, it seems your issue is random and only happen during the specific period?
If it just happens in the specific location or specific period, it seems not device's issue.

    APNs

Then click in your Standard APN and Change the APN Protokoll and APN Roaming Protokoll to IP4/IP6

    Elisa in Finland.
After my first post I've been having connection issues randomly all day, and in different locations (city+rural). I had the "worst" at evening and night for some days, maybe because I was most active at that time.
