    Friends,

Love gaming on the go? Never miss a stream? We want to hear your thoughts!

Thanks to an immersive 90 Hz display, Gaming Mode and improved haptic vibration among other features, the OnePlus 7 + 7T Series have been some of our most popular devices for gaming.

Your feedback helps us to improve. So, we want to hear from you on how we can continue to optimise our device and OxygenOS to provide our best mobile gaming experience yet.

The survey should take around 10 minutes - you can take it here.

    Never Settle.

    Jack

Get power consumption back under control for all devices running Game Mode on Android 10. I have the 6T and each 20 minute match sucks up about 28% battery after the update. I can only imagine what 7 and 7T users are going through. When I remove my games from the new Game Space app, my battery consumption drops back down just 7% per 20 minute match. Before this update, my Android 9 Game Mode battery consumption averaged only 12 - 14%.

Furthermore, fast charging has VERY noticeably slowed down since this update. I can't really game comfortably when I have to stay plugged in. It's bad for the charging cable, unhealthy for the device due to heat, and hinders me. Also, the changes to the display area are not good. The overall virtual real estate has been reduced, the resizing truncates even more visual information, and the display area is even more off-center because the notification shade has been moved completely below the notch. This is also a very unattractive change. Now I have to play with the notch in the way just so I can remove the uncomfortable new grip caused by the sudden and unwanted change. There's an issue with the rounded corners at the top of the screen as well. In the new layout, the corners cut into what's at the top of the screen. This is why I'm not a fan of rounded display corners. They should just be left as close to 90° as possible.

We need a resolution for these issues.

I have too a OnePlus 6T and since android 10 gaming is bad, freezes on Fortnite for example. But the worst is that OnePlus never fixed theses bugs that appears since the developper previews, I think that they don't care of the 6 serie now.

Same here. Especially with the charging speed. It's indeed very noticeably slower.
