Everything is best it's just too soft and slippery in hands it gets of the hand unexpectedly and hits the floor and I broke my brand new onplus 7t pro screen and I am extremely disappointed

I hope you opted for the 360 protection plan.
It's not so slippery in a case.

That's a YOU problem, not a manufacturer problem. You should have gotten a UAG case or a dbrand skin.

    Sorry. 😬

You shouldn't actually be charging WHILE PLAYING a very heavy game, lest you want your battery to go to complete s... and suffer from AMOLED burn due to excessive heating.

This is the perfect phone.. I was regularly using Galaxy Note devices, this time I changed to One Plus 7T Pro instead of Note 10+ that I planned to purchase earlier. No regrets. Superb phone. But while I play PUBG even with medium resolution and quality, the phone gets heated up very much. Trust me, device becomes really very hot in just 10 to 15 minutes if PUBG gaming..

Pubg is not smooth. It happen with touch the monitor to change perspective, look around. The game itself is smooth. Therefore I think the problem is in the touching sensor something. And this problem in Android 10 is worse than Android 9. Please take a look.

I just tried to play the brand new Evil Lands game in ultra high resolution and my Oneplus 7T Pro turns into a hot plate for cooking eggs.

Please try to do something about the cooling, it only took 4mn for Oneplus 7T Pro to be forced to stop the game.

Oneplus exterior cooling could also be interesting.

It seems to me that it's a PUBG problem more than a OnePlus problem.

I play Fortnite an absolute ton on the 7T, and it runs just fine; the only instances of lag appearing on it can be attributed to the NETWORK I'm using and not the phone's poor performance or what you are claiming to be "touch issues"...
