    Hello One plus,

Hey, I am using one plus 5T mobile since last 3 yrs, but from last one mnth I am facing a issue were mobile gets switched off Automatically it happens COUPLE OF TIMES EVERY DAY, and mobile will be over heated

It is disgusting to use this one plus mobile, I had reached out to service center some one says battery issue some one says software issue

What the hell is going on with this mobile, I can't understand

I need a exact solution for this issue other wise I am not going to purchase any one plus mobile further, I won't recommend my friends and relatives to go head and buy this one plus

When I open cam it's been switched off
When I call some one it's been switched off
Mobile gets heated where I can't handle it

I had done factory reset and rebooting no of times but issue still persist

I NEED EXACT SOLUTION FOR THIS

    THANK YOU

This is not OnePlus support. You find your own solutions. There is a search function for a reason. OnePlus is not going to help you, the phone have reached EOL coming up a year now.

Last update released for your device was a year ago, so if it is a software issue, must be related to the apps that you use.
Your device is four years old, so your battery may be dead.

Well, you can't go wrong replacing a 4 years old battery, but that deppends on how many years do you expect to keep using that device...
