    How to flash to MIUI
    BACKUP using TWRP/CWM, Titanium Backup/ backup contacts and SMS
    1. download the official ROM from MIUI here
    2. reboot to recovery (officially ask us to flash stock recovery for MIUI but I dont bother, I use TWRP)
    3. wipe, factory reset.
    4. China OPO user can skip step 5. International user please proceed to step 5.
    5. install,put the zip file into root storage of OPO, install the zip file u downloaded (but first, u need to do this, open the zip file, edit "update-script"
    Code:
     navigating to /META-INF/com/google/android/updater-script
    ) (why do this? as the official MIUI ROM is for CHINA OPO, not INT OPO, when I try flash, it said the zip file is for "A0001", not "bacon".)
    if u lazy to edit, download the updater-script I edited and paste it to the path I mentioned
    6. flash only take 10 seconds. fast LOL.
    7. reboot to the system.
    8. reboot to recovery and install latest gapp, can download from CM, and Super SU . both working fine.
    8.enjoy

    Restore to stock by using recovery images

    1. Installation of Android SDK and Installation of the correct drivers. credit to @Chromium1

    2. Download the factory image zip file from here.

    3. Extract the zip file into a folder and put this into the folder you extracted the factory images. credit to @Martin Hotmann post

    Put your phone into fastboot mode and run the "rayglobe_start.bat". Only run this batch file after you check through what is it actually do when you run it. Below is the code of the batch file.

    Code:
    @echo off
    color 3f
    echo.
    ECHO.       =================================================
    echo.
    echo.
    echo.          -- Un-Locker ---
    echo.
    echo.          -- Made by
    echo.                Martin Hotmann
    ECHO.
    ECHO.
    ECHO.
    ECHO.       =================================================
    ECHO.
    ECHO.       =================================================
    echo.
    echo.
    echo                    wait fastboot mode...
    echo.
    ECHO.       =================================================
    echo.
    echo.
    @ping 127.0.0.1 -n 6 -w 1000 > nul
    fastboot flash boot boot.img
    fastboot flash userdata userdata_64g.img
    fastboot flash system system.img
    fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
    fastboot flash cache cache.img
    fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
    fastboot flash sbl1 sbl1.mbn
    fastboot flash dbi sdi.mbn
    fastboot flash aboot emmc_appsboot.mbn
    fastboot flash rpm rpm.mbn
    fastboot flash tz tz.mbn
    fastboot flash LOGO logo.bin
    fastboot reboot
    @ping 127.0.0.1 -n 6 -w 1000 > nul
    CLS
    echo.
    echo.
    echo.
    ECHO.       =================================================
    echo.
    echo.
    echo                 Un-Lock successful
    echo.
    echo            By Martin Hotmann
    echo.
    echo.
    ECHO.       =================================================
    echo.
    echo.
    pause >nul
    exit

    If you wish to retain custom recovery and userdata of your One. Just put a # infront of fastboot. For example :
    Code:
    #fastboot flash userdata userdata_64g.img
    #fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
    Take note : this batch file originally is for 64GB model as u can read that the userdata flashed is userdata_64g.img.

    64GB model please use this code
    Code:
    fastboot flash userdata userdata_64g.img
    16GB model please use this code
    Code:
    fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
    Check through the code and you are ready to run the batch file :cool: Hope this helps ! :D

    How to do a full backup
    1. Download Titanium Backup from Play Store to backup all of your apps.
    2. If you have messages to backup, you can download SMS Backup as well.
    3. Ensure Google Sync is on and all your contacts are sync to your Google account.
    4. Go to Settings > Developer Options > untick Update CM Recovery
    5. Copy the downloaded ROM to your phone (if you download using PC). Otherwise, the zip file is already in your phone's Download folder.
    6. Boot to TWRP Recovery (shut down first, then press power+volume down)
    7. In TWRP go to Backup. Ensure Boot, System and Data is marked. You can name your backup if you want. Otherwise, Swipe to Back Up. This is the nandroid backup. It backs up your current ROM, all of it.
    8. Once done, go back to main menu, select Wipe, and swipe to Factory Reset
    9. Once done, go to install, select the file you download just now, and swipe to confirm flash
    10. Once done, go to install, select SuperSU, and swipe to confirm flash. I'm a bit paranoid about losing root, so I always do this step even though the ROM is already rooted.
    11. Once done, Reboot System.
    12. After going through the setup process, first thing to do is download Titanium Backup to restore all your apps.
