Generally battery life base how you use the device. Not same for everyone. And i think temasek rom can give you cm base with some features. But mahdi rom give more stable build for me. But i still use VECTOR color OS rom.

Ps: for better performance you can use custom kernel like ak,franco, boeffela and so on. But stock always stable

I pulled system.img and compared their hashes. They are different. So something is changed in the system area.

I have flashed the support version of system to give it a spin

hi, Got OPO from local dealer. So it's an imported set.
    it is running on 25R.
I tried to go into recovery mode but i saw it is ColorOS recovery. Why is it still ColorOS??

Can i jump from 25R to 38R directly?

Yes. You just download the full factory image and flash it with fast boot mode.

You have to change the recovery to philz or twrp, then on only can flash 38R.
it happen that ColorOS recovery will not allow you to flash custom/Official ROM directly.

What about giving some ROM advise/suggestion/recommendation?
Which ROM suitable to what type of taste one likes.
*eg. clean/minimal, fancy, functional, pretty and etc.

In my opinion the Android vanilla ROM would be the best. However, I am not sure about updates. As for me the best ROMs are the ones that has the most frequent update. Else you will have to live with a buggy phone.
