    Why do it?
    Qoute from the framework’s developers:
In summary, Xposed Frameworks allows you to tweak and gain more control over your device. With the framework + its modules, not only you can port and use features and functions from other Roms into your device, you can also apply more tweaks into your device in order to gain more privacy, increase battery life, more cosmetics mods, etc.

    Requirement to use:
    1. Your device must be rooted.
    2. Your device must be run based on Dalvik, as the framework is not yet compatible with Art runtime.

    How to install?
    1. Download and install Xposed Framework from here: http://repo.xposed.info/module/de.robv.android.xposed.installer

    2. Open Xposed Framework

    3. Click on “Framework”

    4. Click on “Install/Update”

    5. A screen will appear asking you to restart your device. Select yes to restart.

There's an OTA, what should I do before applying the OTA ?
    1. Backup all of your data first either by Titanium Backup or Nandroid backup.

    2. Uninstall Xposed Framework. Once you had successfully applied the OTA, you may re-enable Xposed Framework with all installed modules and modules’ settings intact.

    3. Open Xposed Framework

    4. Click on “Framework”

    5. Click on “Uninstall” under Framework.

    6. Restart your device.

    7. Do the necessary steps to apply the OTA.

    8. Once OTA is applied, you may re-install/re-enable Xposed Framework as per the guide above.

I screwed something up after playing around with the framework. Now my phone is on bootloop. How do I fix it?

    I’ve installed it. Now what?
The framework by itself does not do anything on its own. You will need to install XF modules to benefit from the framework.
