Hello everyone, just looking for opinions here. I recently sold my 1st gen Moto G and was waiting for opportunity to get the one. Now that the 2nd gen X and G are almost on the market what do you think? In my opinion the new Moto G is a great product but isn't such an upgrade coming from an old moto g. Same ram and processor isn't something i would spend that cash for. The new X on the other side is a promising device, with some great features (customization on purchase the cool ring around the camera etc.). Anyone with that dilemma around?

Moto X second gen is a good phone.

But however I think that the One scores in the RAM, storage, price (slightly), CyanogenMod.

It really depends on what you prefer.

It seems they have taken the idea of the oneplus on the wooden back covers etc... shame oneplus couldn't come up to the mark as they hoped.

Original Moto maker had wood backs so OnePlus "borrowed" the idea from Motorola.

Those two phones are a complete joke. No 64 bit processing in either of them. Truly poor showings from Motorola, but this has become to be expected. You should buy an iPhone 5s. Apple is a true pioneer in the field of cellular technology and all of our products meet the highest standards of consumers.

Oneplus is an awesome phone and has been my daily driver since July 11. That being said the Moto X has advantages if you like Active Notifications and Active Voice. No other phone has come close to matching Moto's implementation of these.

It comes down to size and what your preferences are in how you interact with your phone. I had the original Moto X and it is a great user experience. If the new Moto X improves on that experience along with the higher resolution screen and better camera it may just be a OnePlus killer especially if they run the same type of $100 off deals they did last year.

Motorola does not rely on brute specs to provide their user experience as the Original X was as smooth as the Nexus but the screen and camera held it back.

What I really like is the Moto Hint! Damn!

I really liked the original Moto X, besides the camera, so I'm digging the new Moto X+1.

I'm not a fan of the new Moto button design though on the phone, and that the price is a lot higher, but it still is a great option with its near stock android.

the moto x 2nd gen is $499 and moto g 2nd gen only support 3g so they can't still compare to OPO.
