    S1514478214868, Feb 14, 2018 :
Does any one get muscle Sprain while using 5T for long hours? I hv been getting it on my right hand which has made me reduce my phones usage.
any one with similar experience? never had this issue with iPhone 5.. so I guess it's the size and weight

PS: Please don't recommend factory reset or Wipe cache for this

Wipe the data and do a factory reset that should help. PS don't forget to backup your data.

lmao, but why would he complain then? It's not like he has only one hand.

You will eventually experience some level of discomfort using any phone for hours without a break.

You can either take breaks or use it two-handed. Otherwise do a factory reset or wipe cache, probably too many apps and excess data might be adding extra weight and hence the sprain.

    WTF is this thread!?!?
Maybe you have become older and weaker.
Maybe you work at a PC with a mouse.
Maybe you work at an assembly line.

Could the problem be caused by something else?

Go see a doctor. This is the OnePlus forum and not a free medical examination. Jesus these threads.......

You're a lucky guy. That means you will have to enjoy the social life more because you are not obsessed with your smartphone anymore. Anyway, I always check everything before buying a phone, including the weight. and OP 5T is not a rock, no way...

take cases off as they add weight and thickness to the phone, if you care about protecting the phone then buy a screen protector and a skin.

maybe consider using 2 hands when typing and in everyday use, some people prefer the feel of a stylus. :)

I can't say I've ever had muscle strain from using my phone too often. Seek professional help, maybe? Could this have happened as a result of anything else? What makes you think it's due to phone use?
