Sound Music not playing on Silent Nov 3, 2016

    Only started happening today.

    Whenever my phone is on silent it no longer plays music. Works on Priority and all notifications settings

    Option is selected to allow all media to play while on silent

    Edit - Also noticed my Alarm get disabled when going into silent even though they have normally work. When i change the slider to silent it will appear in the notification bar and then disappear alarm icon will then turn black

    Edit - When is safe mode alter slider notification shows correctly and is also able to play music correctly.


    Anyone has a similar issue?

    Anyone able to help with this?

    Where possible i would prefer not to factory reset as setting up MFA on 10+ accounts isn't fun.

    I have to same,
    from support chat they told me to factory reset the device. I didn't do it yet hoping that someone can tell me how to solve without resetting.....

    Sounds about right as it works perfectly fine in safe mode.

    **** factory resetting to much effort setting up 2FA again.
