Music playback lag on lockscreen via OnePlus 9

    I recently bought oneplus 9 and i was very happy about it.
    But day by day things went extremely annoying.

    Error#1 music playback is lagging when phone is locked.
    ----#what i tried to solve error 1
    --------1 disabled battery optimization for the app. But it is not working.


    Error#2 phone call app lags everytime.
    ---- explanation: when i get call the phone lags about 2 second and when i pickup the call than it again lags for another 2 second.

    Please solve these issues. Else i'll sell this phone and will never look for a OnePlus product (any kind) in future.

    THIS IS NOT EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR FROM A FLAGSHIP GRADE SMARTPHONE.
    else OnePlus should call it as errorship.

    Extremely disappointed.

    Neither of these problems happens to me.
    What music app? Does it matter what you play it to? Phone speaker, headset or other Bluetooth device?
    Use stock phone app? Again, speaker or Bluetooth devices?

    Did you set up the phone from scratch or transfered a backup? From what in that case?

    It doesn't matter what i play.

    Lags on speaker and Bluetooth on lock screen.

    I didn't transferred a backup.

    Now tell me what to do.

    Since it works for many but happens for some... Either if you report it via the feedback tool (one per bug) and/or hope some user comes by with the same issue that found a way to get rid of the problem.

    Personally I use Tidal and usually play music to either car SBC, Buds PRO LDHC, or different Sony headphones with LDAC or Peltors at work SBC.
    It's very rare with some skipping. Most cases involve bad reception and not being able to keep up with buffering on tracks not locally cached.
    Some very rare moment may include Bluetooth disturbance.
    I'm running 12 beta. But very similar experience on stable 11.

    I haven't changed any setting in regards to battery on Tidal. I just log in when having installed the app and set my desired quality setting.

    At some much earlier 11 version there was some glitches, only in my car. If I recall I didn't really do much other than reporting it and updating the apps and OS.

    It is very nice, that you have no problems with Tidal, but some of us use Spotify.
    For me, I have the OnePlus 9 Pro and I also have this huge problem.
    When the phone is locked in front of me, it only takes a few seconds and then it is constantly lagging the music. It is really frustrating.
    I had so many Android phones in the past and never had such a problem.
    Also the problem exists with Spotify, YouTube and YouTube Music and among Airpods Pro, Galaxy Buds Live and Surface EarBuds.
    Oh, and all Music is downloaded, so no cache problems could be the reason.
    What is interesting is, that I also had this problem, when I had the phone in my pocket and was playing without Bluetooth headphones. Then it was also lagging, but not as bad as with Bluetooth connection.
    I also adjusted the battery optimization modes and disabled them on Spotify, as was done by many others before me. But no solution.
    It is very frustrating to see a lot of those threads with this topic, but no one is actually adressing the problem.
    Or maybe I was not able to find a solution until now. But I found threads as old as one year, with no official help or solution whatsoever.
    So, please OnePlus, adress this problem.
