My adventure with OnePlus 2

    I ordered the phone 20/02/2016, received him 26.02.106 and the same day I started ticket. After many discussions about my problem with yellow screen on the bottom , courier picked up the phone(02.03). I pointed out that I want a new device without defects . I get it, but after long time (delivered to me new phone 18.03, nearly a month). After 6 days I reported them that new phone (from replacement) also have screen defect and I dont want any devices from them and I want back my cash. After 5 days they answer me, they want again image/video of this problem. Already the sooner I wrote that this is impossible because the camera can not catch the white balance and you can not see the difference in white in the picture. I wrote them that he wants to return the cash, because it already takes too long, because I have the 15 days to return. Now Im again waiting 2 days for answer….

    Eh? He got two phones with defects, and wants a refund. Oneplus are dragging their heels as usual. It's not hard to discern this from his post.
