My bad experience with remote session

    After trying very hard since 23 Jun last month till 2 July, finally got the remote sessions booked on 6 Jly 10am EDT, waited in front of PC started 9:30am, after 30mins gone, no email received regarding the remote session, continue waiting......... another 1 hour past.... still no email. Sent email to ask, no response. Till now, already 12hours gone, still no email...... what the hack is going on? If oneplus don't even bother to entertain or serve us, why bother to ask us to booked the stupid remote session that will not solve the problems that we encounter, wasted so much time, at the end, my warranty period will eventually gone, no more help will provided to you anymore...... that's the way oneplus is doing their bussiness. Indeed oneplus is a nice phone but all down to drain just because of the stupid worst of all customer service
