    That looks like a short circuit, or surge in power. Was the charger plugged into the socket always. Even if its switched off, it can surge power if the house doesn't have surge protection.

    I'd suggest that you contact support and get a ticket number then see if someone here can talk to support on your behalf.

    Oneplus should at least take the components and investigate.

    Please be informed that we can only assist you with the issues which can be sorted out by performing the troubleshooting steps.
    With regards to the repair and replacement, you will have to get in touch with the service center as they are the correct point to assist you.

    This is not a normal repair or burnt issue. It was a huge blast. No other electronic or electric equipment was burnt/blasted when the incident was happened. I am unable to purchase a dash adapter due to the non availability in market. I need to spend Rs.3000 for a OnePlus fast charger / warp charger which is only available adapter in the market. Even I purchase this adapter it will work as dash adapter only bcoz my oneplus 7 is not supports. Why should I spend more money which is not useful for me. My mobile is of 2 years old and Accessories should be available for every product atleast 5 years. I lost trust on OnePlus.

    Did they at any point give you a case number. If not, they haven't actually logged your issue anywhere, just giving you verbal feedback. It makes it harder for you to escalate the issue if you need to. If the charger is a oneplus dash charger, then they should sort it out.
