    So, the reason they gave you is the product is out of warranty. Thats a warranty against parts failing and needing to be replaced. Not a warranty against a blast.

    I don't know what the rules are in India, but in Europe they would not be allowed to turn you away.

    The blast must have been a shock for sure :( Glad no one seems to have gotten injured and nothing else got damaged.

    Was the charger being used to charge anything at the time it happened, or was it just plugged in idly?

    Was the cable damaged in any way? Do you have any pictures to share of the charger cable?

    Could you post any pictures of the side of the charger, which has all the text on it, including the safety standard icons etc.?

    Forget about a replacement charger, OnePlus should be paying you coz it could have seriously injured someone. It's completely unacceptable that they won't even investigate the cause of blast.

    You should explore your legal options if they're not ready to take this matter seriously. Someone from OnePlus team should contact the service center because clearly they are not doing jobs right. Write an email to OnePlus team, keep everything documented and request them to contact your local service center.
