HarshKK14 , via OnePlus 7 , Aug 2, 2021 : I got a power bank yesterday and bad luck, the bill that came along got misplaced. I needed a digital bill to keep it for warranty purpose. I decided to contact Customer Support today (keeping time in hand, luckily). I first initiated a chat support and 274 people were ahead of me. Seeing this, I also started a call support believing that call support would be quick. It took 40 mins to connect to a human representative 😕. He said that he informed his team and I will be mailed the bill after some time. Why does he require his team to send an invoice?? Anyways, it's 6 hrs and I am yet to receive the mail. The chat support got connected after 50 mins. Even they said that my bill will be sent to my email ID soon. Overall, taking 50 mins to connect to a representative is really poor. One can debate that it didn't took hours, but still, is it worth waiting for 50 mins just to get an invoice. I did give feedback to OnePlus team last year to allow downloading invoice through OnePlus India website (I guess this feature is available abroad). But it wasn't implemented and I too don't expect them to implement it. There wasn't any email ID where we can mail and they can revert back to us later on. This thread isn't for complaining, but just sharing my experience.
