My Experience with Sony Support - I need invitation to buy your phone

    Hello one plus Team and dear visitors,

    I'm writing this thread to share my experience with Sony Mobile Support, I had very disappointing support experience with Sony Support, my Xperia Z (C6602) stopped working due to a water leak
    because of a design issue, which I've informed them with no hope or chance to listen or even read the links I've posted as references, even after emailing the CEO of Sony Mobile, and MD of Sony Group, which i got a call from the local contact center to send my phone to the local "Authorized"
    service center (another crap company by the way) , After 13 days of Checking the phone "thoroughly" as they mentioned, they replied to me with the same diagnosis i gave them initially
    with copy paste cheap statement about the warranty and the IP 57 and 58 details!
    and because they value me, they're offering me to swap the phone (same 2012 model) after paying 225 EUR!

    Here's the links I've sent to prove to them that there's a manufacturing/design flow which make the back cover of the phone to unglue hence, the water will definitely leak into the phone!
