Network/Connectivity My laptop cannot find hot spot Aug 29, 2019

Hello,

My Dell XPS 13 9360 with a Killer Wireless 1535 wireless adapter does almost never see my OnePlus hot spot when I turn it on. Re-booting the phone solves the problem. Switching between 2.4 and 5 GHz also seems to do the trick. Turning the hot spot, WiFi or flight mode on/off does not help.
I have tried changing the hot spot name and changed the automatic hot spot off function with no positive result,

Please advise.
