Not connected earbuds z
As these OnePlus Earbuds Z are quickly detected and connected to the OnePlus Nord you can verify :
- if your bluetooth is activated,
- if you have upgraded your device to latest firmware OxygenOS 10.5.9
- occasionally reset your bluetooth parameters in Settings / System / Reset Options / WiFi, Mobile data, Bluetooth and reboot.

My oxygen os is 10.5.8 AC01DA version
Hope the device doesn't try to connect your OP 8 and simultaneously your Nord. Remove it from OP 8 bluetooth and retry ...
Or also reset the earphones to factory settings according to instructions.
Don't forget to upgrade to OS 10.5.9 with Oxygen Updater v4.5.1 from PlayStore !
