My Notes app isn't working

    My Notes app isn't working, i can see my notes but i cannot open them & edit or even delete them, please resolve this ASAP because i have my daily use data stored in Notes app.

    Press and hold the app
    Click on app info
    Storage & cache
    Clear the Cache
    Force stop the app
    Restart your phone once and see

    Are you running the latest OxygenOS version (10.3.7)? and what is the version of your notes app? (mine: 3.2.0.1911xxxxx)

    Apparently you're using a newer version of Notes app, I checked the Google Play store and I get a strange message about the app not being compatible. But for you a bummer it's still not working as it should.

    i am not even able to find it on Google Play store or even in my app drawer, it is only present in the shelf i added it in or in the settings in apps options

    If you don't have much important notes download from here
    https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/oneplus-ltd/oneplus-notes/

    And install it, you may able to get them back.
    Don't risk if very important notes and you haven't backed up on cloud

    What phone you using? 7 or 8 series?

    I think the app on play Store is for 8 series devices having Android 11, so rest is showing not compatible.

    yes the app is added in my shelf as shown in snapshot below, how ever i cannot find it in my app drawer or even on google play store

    I seen one more person having the similar issue, with the same version as yours.
    He uninstalled and reinstalled the app but he lost his data.

    i'll try to copy the data from cloud first then i will reinstall it, i guess there's none other solution... thanks Bud
