My One + got delivered but the charger's are missing!

?

Did anyone have similar experiance ?

    URGENT!!!
    I just received two 64GB phones and
    JBL E1+ Earphones
    but are missing both chargers and one nano sim slot card. I have ordered one 64BG phone prior to this purchase and have received the charger with the package. In the unlikely case that I will receive the chargers separately could you please send me the two chargers and nano sim card slot as soon as possible. I am travelling abroad on December 25th and need these chargers prior to this date. Please let me know what the next steps are and if there is a way we can speed up this process. Thanks you and please let me know if you need any additional information from me. I am a true One+ fan...and me buying 3 phones say's just that!

    Any 2.1 amp USB charger and micro USB cable should work for charging in a pinch, but you'll need to contact OnePlus support regarding the official chargers.

    Plus concacting them is a challange as well!
    I submitet a ticket and wrote them a email on few addresses... I got no answers what so ever...
    I am starting to PANIC! ..and I don't know what else to do...

    Me too... It's quite dissapointing ! Hope all goes well for you!
    I'm panicking! I wrote mails to 20 different places in hope to resolve this problem...

    Best advice would be to just wait for the ticket to be processed and I am very sure you can get by for now with just the data cable :)

    I can with my one, I am tech geek, so I don't mind... but the other two phones are christmas gift's !
    So that's why it's a problem...
