Google Pay works Tez was rebranded as Google play by Google in August 2018.

Google pay doesn't work when the device is rooted or bootloader is unlocked or sometimes even with custom rom.

The app just stopped. It's not opening or showing any error.
I have delete cache too.

I have not rooted or done anything which can cause this.

Try clearing storage of Google pay and uninstall. Then re install and set it up again.
I've no issues with Google pay on my OnePlus 7 pro

You can use root checker from play store. To unroot, there are many ways. You can follow YouTube videos.

My OnePlus is rooted. My bootloader is unlocked. I can use Google Pay.

I have magisk manager, obviously, but I don't remember doing any extra step.
