My One Plus wireless bullet Z white light is continuously on

    firstly annoyance with a feature of a working device and annoyance with a defective device are of completely different level. Secondly when you are not using the device that is in the discussion, I think it is better not to comment. But who am I, it is a free world and anyone can give his or her "VALUABLE" inputs.

    I got the same kind of problem 2days back. still has not find solution. But got an idea fro. another thread and trying that. I have kept the earphones unpaired. Hopefully it will drain out the battery and give me a chance to restart it. But the problem is, I am not quite sure how long it will take to completely discharge( other thread mentioned 4-5 days).

    I know about that device from the left earpiece to the right.
    Secondly, there is only a slight difference between Bullet wireless 2 and Bullet wireless z.
    As you said this is a free community, I can comment anything by following community rules and I will do

    I can give you another valuable input.
    Try resetting the device.
    To reset the device simultaneously press and hold volume-up and volume-down buttons for 10seconds.
    This will erase all pairing records and you must pair with every device once again.

    NONE of us had gone through the manual, NONE of us had this idea of factory resetting. Even the person who started this tread didn't had this idea and I think that is why he wrote "factory reset failed.".

    Had the same issue yesterday. Let it discharge for a day by disconnecting the magnets till the white light becomes off. Took mine 24 hours for that. Charge again for 15-20 mins. Worked for me. It's back to normal for now.

    Thanks buddy. I hv kept it to discharge also it had 30 percent battery the last time I noticed. Will follow as you said and will let you know all.

    Same issue happened to my bullet z today received yesterday. Will try draining. Please do suggest how to solve if draining battery doesnt works.

    They did it and it didn't work out,
    Surprisingly they found another solution.
    To drain out the battery and start again.

    Wait for a couple more days maybe.. the battery must have been fully charged when this had happened. In the meanwhile try contacting OnePlus. Not that they're responding though. I still haven't received a reply to my mail from 4 days ago.
