Just fyi. All metal case phone and laptop has this electrostatic issue when charging with a two pin power adapter that doesn't have a ground pin.
Apple products with metal case like iphone 5,6,7, all iPads and MacBooks have this problem. It is more obvious if you are charging from a 220/240v outlet.

I'm surprised that the shock is so small m8..
    I use a 3pole, 32A fuse, D class at 400V to charge my phone..
I always use rubber gloves to handle the phone while charging so i won't die..
If possible, when i charge i carry around with me my 1cm thick rubber carpet with me so that I'm electrically isolated to the ground...
One time i forgot my gloves and carpet at home and i did get the shock of my life.. Nearly died.. But i just had to use the phone...
Be careful mate.. Don't end up like me.
If possible switch to another phone manufacturer.
    (pun intended)

You don't have DC in your wall socket so u don't care about L and N cuz it switches literally 50 times a sec(eu) also inside of there u have gretz(idk the English name) bridge with some capacitors which smoothens it and makes a DC out of it, i guess its just cuz its in aluminium body which maybe is touched by smth that sends a small current

The charger is 2 pin so it doesn't have earth pin i guess its the same in uk so no, read above.
