My OPO lasted 2054 days, now what?!

Soooo of today my One Plus One gave up, after I took it to bath in my toilet (it slipped out of my hoodie). After waving good by with a flickering screen, only the status light sometimes sniffs, no response from the screen or buttons.

That brings me to the new questions: now what?

The last post here has been over 4 years ago and a lot has changed since 2014. With a smile I think of the craze for the first phones and the joy when the invite came in and the excitement for the delivery. Where do I begin my quest for a new phone?

    Hey there @andyvie...
Cool that your OPO made it to 2020....

I joined the bandwagon with the OP3...
Still running perfectly next to a OP3T and OP7Pro... ;)

    To answer your question...

    Wait a couple of weeks...
OP8 Series will be around Soon [e]2122[/e] ;)

Sorry to read about your OnePlus One, but man, that truly is a testament to that device longevity. Pretty damn cool you managed to keep it running for so long.

But yeah, if you want to keep using OnePlus devices, like @Bouncer71 mentioned, perhaps wait a little longer and check what OnePlus is going to announce as the sucessor to the OnePlus 7 Series.

About the forums, welcome back! A lot has indeed changed since your last post, but I'm sure you'll feel right at home in no time.
