My phone has messed up punctuations it's displaying a "." instead of a "," and vice-versa via OnePlus 7

    It depends on your keyboard language. Change it to English (India).

    Yeah I just tried it , not helping. I bought this phone a year ago it was like that ever since I turned it on, at first I thought it was some weird OnePlus feature lol

    Quite strange. This is related to the system language in use.

    1. Check your time zone under settings. I'm assuming it is GMT + 5.30
    2. Delete any other languages you may have downloaded and keep only English (India).
    3. Delete keyboard data.
    4. Reboot
