Won't work - there's no such thing as cache in phones with full Treble support.
Do you use Magisk? If yes, what modules do you have installed?
Are you using any root-requiring apps/themes, e.g. AdAway, Swift Installer, Substratum?
Do you have any other mods on your device?
How did you switch to the beta channel? Did the reboots start immediately after installing OB1, or only after some time (maybe you installed a bad Magisk module or something right before the issue started occuring)?

The reboot issue occured randomly ,a day before everything was running properly but out of the blue my phone started rebooting randomly

I downloaded the rom zip again

Flashed the file along with twrp and uninstalled magisk but still to no avail

How exactly did you uninstall Magisk? Also, try removing all the modules via this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=72542167&postcount=242 and check, whether the system boots or not. And again, since you haven't answered all my questions: do you use anything else other than Magisk? Themes? Root-requiring apps?

Try wiping the system partition in recovery and flashing the full Open Beta 1 zip (not OTA) on top of what you're currently running. Oh, and make sure to make a backup of your OS beforehand, just in case.

EDIT: If it still doesn't boot, flash the newest Magisk zip.

Clearing the system data (not the storage) and cache helped
Flashed OB1 Full zip on top of it
3 hrs in and I'm not facing any issues
Thanks for your sincere support , that is why I love this community.
    Cheers !
