    I placed a order on June 15 2020 for OnePlus 8pro and wireless Z order number M112006153532375245 it was not delivered to me and returned back to OnePlus from courier partner Bluedart with the tracking ID 69571696574 on July 1st 2020 because they unable to deliver to my Chennai city during that time because Covid-19 shutdown was happening on our city.more than 17days gone after that,my refund was not initated till now,I escalated the issue many times ticket number 200716001468 no progress..

    Tracking id by bluedart shows It got returned back to OnePlus(shipper) on 1st July successfully and it's 35days from the returned date and I don't know why they are taking
    this much time to initiate the refund..and also I had a conversation with Bluedart customer care they reconfirmed that they got returned the package to OnePlus on 1st July...

    I tried calling customer care so many times and chatted so many times and mailed so many times as well no response getting same answers like "wait for the refund" and "will escalate the issue" only these two replies I am getting for the last 35days but no progress at all....

    Here's my experience on the same.
    • Amazon's delivery is much faster than directly ordering on OnePlus website.
    • OP website is falsely claiming to deliver phones fast in 3-4 days but it actually took 3 weeks.
    • After I refused to accept the shipment due to reports of display issues (since I couldn't cancel it once it was shipped), BlueDart took 8 days to send the phone back to OnePlus warehouse.
    • OnePlus kept avoiding my mails, phone calls, chats etc until I asked OP community on how to start a legal case against OP for holding back the refund.
    • The refund was processed 8 days after phone reached their warehouse (only after told them I would be starting legal case).
    • OnePlus 8 Pro is not a phone, it is an unmitigated disaster, please read comments and real world phone reviews before planning to buy it.

    It took me 2months for the refund....so many calls to customer care and so many mails and also got the help from OnePlus community @camohan,after the long wait ...I got my refund
