    No. It is not in my Invoice. I Had to register my IMEI and my Invoice at a special Site to be eligible to get it.
    No where on my Providers Site was written what is in that mistery Box.
    It only says Accessoires for you new OnePlus Flagship.
    So Jokes on you I guess mate.

    I tell you...
    I am one of those harmed by the famous cheap bottle, disguised as a $99 mystery gift.
    I was one of the first to buy the Oneplus 8T. I bought it in the USA, but I don't live there. So I don't have a chance to make a return...
    After innumerable mails, chats, sarcastic answers on twitter, facebook, instagram...
    After I was offered $20, then OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z, then $20 plus OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z, and I said no to everything...
    They offered me OnePlus Buds, as a reward for tricking me with the mystery gift and not allowing me access to the PopUp Bundle...
    In the end, I accepted. I don't think I could have done better.
    Now to wait for them to come from the UK...

    Oneplus has not treated me like the good client I have been for the last 5 years. I don't think they care much, but next time I don't think I'll opt for them...

    Yes correct. I waited 2 days for the return label from OP and I sent the " flask phone" back via UPS yesterday. Currently typing this message via my popup 8T with Quantum case. I sold the uncomfortable buds via ebay.

    Where did you send the claim specifically? I have put in support a thousand claims chats and they only tell me that they will listen to my suggestions and no vouchers or accessories.

    Basically by mail. I entered several claims per day for several days with different "issues".
    Also chat...
    I answered dozens of twits
    But their response came to me by email.
    Anyway, I'm still not sure if they will send me the headset... Until I receive them, I will not be satisfied.
    Today I finally got the phone. (I live in South America) and indeed, the bottle is a piece of junk!

    No te puedo explicar la bronca que tengo con OP!!!
    Como un idiota, apenas terminó la presentación del 8T salí corriendo a comprarlo. Tengo un 5T y ya es hora de cambiarlo, más que nada por la parte de fotografía...
    Apenas habilitaron la pre-orden, me tiré de cabeza!!! Con el regalo misterioso, pensé, será una carcaza (debería venir con la transparente de siempre, pero no estaría mal que fuera una de fibra de carbón...) o unos auriculares...
    Cuando ví que estaban ofreciendo el PopUp Bundle, me ilusioné porque pensé que mi regalo misterioso iba a ser mejor, ya que éramos los mejores clientes, los que habíamos comprado primero...
    Cuando empecé a ver que los que estaban recibiendo el regalo decían que era una botella... Me empecé a enfurecer!!!
    Al vivir en sudamérica, tengo que mandar las compras a un depósito en Miami y de ahí me los traen, pero es imposible que la gente del depósito se pueda encargar de hacer una devolución así que estaba jorobado!!!

    Después de protestar y mandar decenas de correos (literalmente los enloquecí). Cada vez que envías un mail se abre un caso de soporte, creo que les abrí unos 30 casos!!!
    Les rechazé todo lo que me ofrecían hasta que una chica me ofreció los OP Buds (valor U$S 59 en USA), y acepté.
    Todavía no me llegaron (van de Reino Unido a USA y luego para acá)...

    Ayer me llegó el teléfono y está perfecto. La botella es una porquería!!!
    Qué suerte tuvieron los que compraron después y pudieron llevarse el PopUp Bundle!

    La verdad ea primera vez que compro en USA y aparte vivo en Colombia y oor temas de homologación en mi país, si el móvil cumplía los requisitos tardé mucho en tomar la decisión, y ya perdí el PopUp pero entendí que el regalo misterioso de 99 iba mejor jejeje Ya me ofrecieron un voucher de 20 pero ci. Eso ni la mitad de los buds jejeje Tomaré tus consejos.

    I returned mine with delivery to OP on Thursday 22nd. Still no refund in sight.
    Once again I ended up with a Note 20 Ultra which I paid cash, $850 essentially brand new with warranty until 11/2021.

    Oh I will post what I will get.
    I've already gotten a ClearCase in the Box with my phone.
    Telekom Says it's accessories for the phone. So a another case might be realistic.
    I got a mail telling me that my registration was successful and I will receive the box in up to 20 days.
    But this long time is on the company handling it here and not OnePlus.

    I complained about the water bottle and was given the 20$ voucher. I love the phone, but the business tactics are some low brow stuff. I don't think I'll buy another OP after this one.
