    Hello friends,

Ready for something fun? Next Friday, an awesome tech personality is coming to the community forums for a mystery AMA (Ask Me Anything). We have huge respect for this YouTuber and the great videos they make, so we know you all will enjoy this chance to chat and toss them your deepest questions. How is this different from a regular question and answer forum? Well, we won't reveal their identity until our community guesses correctly.

    Here's how the game works.
    1. Submit one question for the AMA via this thread before August 13.
    2. Attend the live AMA on August 17 to see which questions the mystery YouTuber has chosen to answer.
    3. As soon as you think you know who it is, post the name of their YouTube account. (Limit one guess per user in the live AMA thread. Usage of bots or multiple accounts from the same IP will be checked before we announce the winners. We'll take a few days to verify the authenticity of the winners.)

What are the prizes this time?
    • If your question is picked by the YouTuber, we'll send you a nice OnePlus voucher that you can use toward accessories and gear.
    • If you're the first person to guess correctly, we'll send you their favorite variant of the OnePlus 6 with a note from the team.
    • The next 5 people to guess correctly will win accessory bundles of their choice.
We’re excited to see what creative questions you all will come up with. Have fun, and best of luck in this game!

Also for clarification, there's no need to guess the person's name on this announcement thread (I think some people started doing it for fun, and then others may have gotten confused :p). We'll only be taking guesses during the live AMA thread.

My question is: what, in your opinion, are the main factors that have led to OnePlus’ current success?

    Question

"Have you ever thought of moving into a corporate environment to assist technology companies? Rather than report on what companies are doing and innovating but actually getting involved in future tech?"

Linus tech tips (since you said a tech personality)
anyways hello and welcome to the OnePlus community whoever you are.
    here's my question

smart phones are becoming more powerful and boring everyday, AI is overrated (merely more than a gimmick at this point) all smartphones looks the same (almost, thanks to the notch), with almost same configurations, given the top notch hardware all OS feels snappier Some beating others by 0.1 seconds? and it hardly matters in real life usage, so at this point what do you see or search for in a smart phone when choosing/buying a daily driver? And whats the point of $1000 flagships?

my question is apart from using the latest SoC, OLED display, huge RAM's, etc. for flagship products, is there any plans in future to add to any other hardware that brings innovative solutions in the next flagship product ?

What do you think will be the next "big thing", another "killer feature", like bezel-less screens for smartphone displays?

My question would be, how much fun did you guys have in the factory tour at OnePlus?
And my guess would be the Linus Tech Tips crew is attending the AMA

Well this is good. I have posted the Mystery person's name and question below .. din post it here because I edited it.

I had a question isn't it easier for people to reserve a post and later edit the post ? in that way person who edited the post will be the first one to get the price ? @RubyG.
