I'm on open beta 2.As you can see from the screen shots below the navigation bar will intermittently disappear or appear as just a grey bar with no buttons. Problem happens more %60 of the time when returning to an app from sleep or the lock screen.
None of my apps is set to full screen.
edit: II hav now been able to associate this exclusively to finger unlocking. That will lead to navigation bar disappearing. Any other form of unlocking the device will not cause that.
