    Try chopping off 1/3 of your left leg. This will reduce your weight considerably, and enable you to stand more efficiently whilst on a hillside. If you are left-footed, try the right leg instead, but the left is heavier I believe.

    getting the body you want can be only be achieved maintaining 3 important things, Exercise at least 20 minutes, eat healthy, and sleep well. I would also suggest taking supplements that helps you burn fats and to provide with energy to keep you going through the workout. fat burner supplements are very good. You can buy fat burner complex such as "super HD" by cellucor, or you can buy the ingredients of fat burner pills separately for a lot cheaper, (caffeine, green tea extract, cla,...). and if you want to put some muscles, you can buy fast acting protein powder to supply the targeted muscles with protein.

    If you start eating right and drinking plenty of water, you will have more energy. Then maybe you will want to move around more and.... dare I say it! Exercise, you may even find it fun. :D Endorphins make you happy!
